Marcella J. Brown supports LCR in a broad and comprehensive manner. From strategic planning and project management to marketing, branding and communications, she is highly skilled in business planning and execution.  Marcella draws from her experience as Executive Director of the Black Professionals Foundation, as a member of the Cleveland Bar Association Fee Dispute Committee, and as the current Chair of Lutheran Metropolitan Ministry. Her role with LCR is also to provide assistance with Public Private Partnerships, fund development and stakeholder relations.  A member of Who’s Who in Black Cleveland, Marcella holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Public Affairs Journalism & Mass Communication and Spanish from The Ohio State University, and a Master of Nonprofit Organization degree from Case Western Reserve University.
Clifford Callender  serves as LCR’s subject matter expert in cyber security which focuses on protecting computers, networks, programs, and data from unintended or unauthorized access, change, or destruction. His wealth of experience includes 7 years as a service provider in support of NOC/SOC operations both in the Public and Private sectors. He also has extensive experience supporting clients in Incident Management and Response based on the NIST 800-53 Standards, and NIST Cyber Security Framework. He has worked as a member of the Network Defense Team at Veteran Affairs performing analysis on malicious traffic and supported the US Navy’s NMCI security operations across the entire enterprise. Recognizing that corporate digitization, cognitive computing and artificial intelligence is rapidly changing the way we all do business LCR recognized the need to bolster its competency in the cyber risk advisory area. Clifford serves as our Cyber Security Advisory practice leader.
